Evaluation Center
Mental health assessments provided by a master's-prepared therapist, a clinical nurse specialist, or a licensed clinical psychologist are available to determine the best plan for delivery of services. For information, call (937) 534-4600.
24 Hours/7 Day Crisis Assessment Services
Crisis assessment services for children, adolescents and adults are available at 5350 Lamme Road from 9:30am – 8:30pm. If you have an emergency and you cannot wait until normal business hours, please go to the nearest Emergency Department or call 911.
Acute Hospitalization for Ages 5-17
Psychiatric treatment and stabilization is available for people ages five through 17 on a 30-bed unit. Short-term diagnostic and evaluation services with family participation and education are provided.
Partial Hospitalization Treatment Program for Ages 12-17
This outpatient program operating 5 days a week, 8 hours a day Monday through Friday. Psychotherapeutic/educational treatment with a school component is provided as an alternative to hospitalization or a step down from an acute hospital stay. Children may attend full or half days.
Safety Net for Ages 5-17
Medication and outpatient care management bridges the gap between discharge and aftercare services with a child and adolescent psychiatrist, and a registered nurse or therapist.
Chemical Dependency Assessments
Assessments are provided for child & adolescent inpatients and outpatients by a doctor who specializes in treating addiction.
Psychological Testing Services
Services are provided by a licensed clinical psychologist on an inpatient or outpatient professional referral basis.
Kettering Behavioral Professional Group
Outpatient psychotherapy and medication services by professional referral are provided by licensed, advanced practitioners and psychiatrists five days a week, evening therapy hours available.
