A specia; thank you to all of the surgical docs and residents at Grandview. I can honestly say that working with you is never dull but it's a team effort to give the patient the best care we can. I think that since many of our graduates stay with Grandview as staff is testament to the atmosphere and continued learning that we provide for each other. Not every day is great and not every day is bad, but, together, we support each other and strive for quality care that will encourage our patients to come to us again in the future if they ever require surgical care again.

I just wanted to thank Dr. Drollinger for helping a new nurse understand. I did the final verification on a circumcision one day with Dr. D and while doing the circumcision Dr. D explained the entire process to me and answered all the questions I had. He also explained why he uses pain balls for his C-Sections and even some interesting information about C-Section patient's after discharge. As a new nurse I greatly appreciated him taking his time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand. Not many doctors have done this for me in such a kind way. He also seems great with hi patients; taking his time with each of them, answering all of their questions, he keeps them informed, and doesn't rush their stay in the hospital or thir visit to his office.
