Are You at Risk For Developing Cancer?
While some cancers are inherited or caused by unknown factors, as many as one-third of
all U.S. cancer deaths could be prevented through better nutrition, increased exercise,
stopping smoking, and lifetime weight control. Regular screening examinations by a health
care professional can also help.
Kettering Medical Center is pleased to offer a variety of free educational cancer
presentations. To request a cancer awareness presentation at your worksite, church, or
civic group, or for more information about cancer screening dates and locations, please
call Cancer Services at (937) 395-8115.
